In order to be sure that the file we proof for you is suitable for production in a commercial printing environment. We can only accept PDF/X-4:2008 files for proofing. The PDF/X-4:2008 is an ISO Standard and is available as an export option from most generally accepted commercial graphics applications. Once you have reviewed your proof, send that same PDF/X-4:2008 file to your printer.
